Chef Gordon Ramsay T.V. show: Kitchen Nightmares
If your restaurant is in really bad shape and needs a miracle in order to stay open and in business, you might want to get help from Scottish Chef Extraordinaire, Gordon Ramsay. Chef Ramsay’s hit television show Kitchen Nightmares helps bring in business, return order, and add pizazz to suffering restaurants. To audition for this show you must meet some requirements such as having been in business for at least one year, have seating for 35 people in your restaurant, and the restaurant must at least offer dinner service. There are also certain regions in which the casting calls for this show take place.

You will be required to submit photographs and possibly a video of you and your restaurant along with your application. Make sure you are very detailed in your application and video. Tell them about yourself and the history of your restaurant, describe your vision for your restaurant, mention the type of food you serve, mention your specialties, and don’t forget the most important part, which is mentioning what is wrong with your restaurant. You must state why you feel you need their help. This is where you can let loose and talk about what problems you have in your restaurant. You can talk about Chef/Owner relationship, staff problems, family feuding, or whatever may be wrong or causing you to need the help of Chef Ramsay and his show Kitchen Nightmares. Be sure to include your contact information in the application, if this step is for some reason forgotten, the show staff will not be able to get back in touch with you.
Do not be afraid to lay all your problems out there. This show is here to help get failing or troubled restaurants back on their feet. If applicants are very detailed, give the correct information, and submit their applications properly, they have a good chance at getting chosen for the show. Honesty is really the best policy in this case. The show staff want to see what your restaurant means to you and they are genuinely interested in helping out.
